Yeah, I had to add the 30 fps and dynamic fps mods otherwise it stays at 20fps. I have EA 3605, and a bunch of performance mods, and it runs at about 25-30 fps. The biggest difference made for me was unlocking the fps. With it locked it doesn't go above 21, but unlocked it goes to 30 in the overworld.
