Ziplines grounded.
I have a two level tower, with the lower level being slightly lower that the top of yours. The lower level has ziplines going out in each direction to strategic locations in each area of the lower yard. From the top level of my tower i can get directly into the Upper Yard or the Wood pile along with another couple of higher up places.

Using ziplines doesn't require stamina or anything, it's a passive ride. The major limiting factor on their usage is angle of descent - the steeper the incline, the faster you move. If it isn't steep, expect a leisurely pace.If you build, grass and weeds will not respawn in the general area anymore. Just destroy that stemp of Grass and place a clay/Stone foundation in its place. Zip lines are perfect there. What we did, was build a foundation completely around the oak tree. Then zip lines to evwrywhere on the map, and lines back to the pond/oak tree area. You can use scaffoldings plus trampolines to Ascend really high. About 3ish trampolines should get you most spots from the highest root.
