VT-14 10 years ago #2. You can get Serana cured, but it's a pain in the butt for almost no reward (She keeps many of her vampiric powers like the drain spell and vampire seduction). You have to talk to her a certain way during the quests. If you don't, you can't get her to cure herself.
After Serana brings her scroll to Fort Dawnguard, you ask her "Have you always been a vampire?" while she is a follower. During this conversation, if you ask her if she has ever thought about getting cured, she will refer to her condition as a gift, insisting that she will never seek a cure for it. If you pick the wrong dialogue options, you’re screwed out of the option to cure her forever. But if you say the right things, the option will stay open. So yeah she can’t be cured during the quest line, but if you say the wrong things during it that’s no bueno. You would have had to choose the right dialogue options the first time or she will refuse forever. You have to pick the least intrusive dialogue, just ask if she's ok, rather than mentioning the cure.

Vampire lord can be turned as many times as you want, assuming you are asking that. I honestly recommend the Dawnguard because you get some awesome crossbows and at the end you can become a vampire by simply asking Serana. You get just as much if not more by siding with the Dawnguard.
