Even with Rudy ENB for Cathedral Weathers and some 4K textures, I’m still getting 60 FPS almost everywhere. I’m also running some optimization mods, but I consider them essential for any setup.

Rain in both Obsidian and Cathedral looks like crap and I've yet to find any ENB rain textures that look nice with Cathedral+Silent Horizons. I stole the raindrop textures from Rustic Weathers and disabled rain in the ENB settings after some other poster recommended it. Definitely worth.

You can try Lucid ENB since it uses Rudy as base and its for Cathedral Weathers. You can try and it probably won't be terrible. But an ENB tailor-made to the weather mod is always going to be more consistent. PRENB for Cathedral absolutely takes the cake, along with Silent Horizons.

For the rest of the ENB, I would say Cathedral is still a bit more polished than Azurite. More weather variations and also seasonal differences depend on time of the year, it also has darker nights which makes ENB lighting effects prettier. Azurite doesn't have much traction on Nexus, still well below 1000 endorsements six months after release.
