If you don’t care about cheesing it you can run command and swarms, get a bunch of 57 leaf clovers because they influence monster log drop chance, and keep killing your duo bosses til you get it. It's like a worship unit which spawns without breaking the eggs, and it can spawn on any level just like any random boss spawn. The Twisted Scavanger is the only Enemy in the game without a Monster Log right now. Hence you are probably missing the alloy warship unit.
