2022 Rav4 Bumper Guard recommendations. Just joined the Rav4 Family! Driving home my new Rav4 XLE Premium Hybrid this weekend that finally arrived from overseas! Does anyone have any recommendations for a Front Bumper guard for the 2022 model? I live in a neighborhood where people are very eager to parallel park but can use a lot of practice. Biggest issues for the rav4 is the road noise and loud cabin and outdated interior. That said, the hybrid is quieter than the gas model. Kia Sportage on paper is great. Nice interior, up to date tech, quiet cabin, and spacious. Between the two, I’d go with rav4.

These cars seem to be just plain reliable with good maintenance requirements, and no obvious reason they're not a good decision.Night and day difference. Hybrid is the way to go. Over all Smoother, quiter driving experience. Disliked the 8 speed tranny. I immediately missed the quick responsiveness of the e-cvt and the electric motors. I got 22 mpg on the adventure. I easily get 35-42mpg on my hybrid without trying. There is no real downside to the hybrid.Nothings changed for the 22 model as far as sound deadening goes. It’s a fairly noisy cabin with a fairly noisy engine. Like people have stated before you need to step up to the Venza or a Lexus to have a quieter ride. If you’re coming from a five or 10 year old vehicle it’s going to be pretty quiet to you. 2019 should be reliable. Apart from noise/perhaps a jerky transmission, the LE AWD doesn’t have the transfer case issues. Shouldn’t have anything that affects reliability. Resale will be better with the new style, as well as power and fuel economy. Up to you if you decide a deal on the 2018 is worth forgoing all of that.

A base or mid-range model RAV4 is perfectly reasonable and competitive in the marketplace. You pay a premium for them used. Rav4 less than a 4Runner or, god forbid, Tacoma but it's a premium nonetheless. Their new prices are within the realm of reasonable. Nothing holds its value like a Toyota truck.
