The fatigue slider, at least, definitely works. I saw HB's get cycled out and various other players dip into the yellow with it on 60, whereas on the default 50 only the HB's even went to yellow and they never got low enough to sub. Haven't messed with any others yet. Don't plan to until I see a reason to.
