Bought A Lifesmart 1500 - 6 element infared heater from Home Depot for under $100. Heard loud pop upon plugging in - figured an element blew but it started up. Got the E-1 code after 4 minutes operation. Unit went back to Home Depot. Stupidly ordered a newer model from Amazon just over $100 with free shipping.
