Aside from an EGR valve hanging open there were about 8 fault codes for data update time from the aftertreatment modules, DPF level sensor and the turbocharger actuator. So recently in the past few weeks I have been noticing odd regen frequency. They come and go throughout the day and what it looks like is the DPF soot load is not getting above 33%? Some times it doesn’t even get above 23%.
