My 1998 F-150 (4.6 liter) won't start. The engine turns over but it doesn't sound like it's getting any fuel. I've checked the fuel pump shut off switch but the red button seems depressed and I can't get it to budge. I don't know if the shut off switch is the problem, the fuel relay, or the fuel pump itself.
