The differences which I know are: Enemies do 2x damage. Player character does 50% damage to enemies. There are more Legendary spawns. Health regens A LOT slower when eating/drinking/using Stimpacks. Survival contains many other changes to gameplay which are covered on a separate page.It forces you into more combat, and more challenging combat at that. I also tend to only carry 2 guns and 1 melee weapon on me at any given time. Swapping out the 2 guns I have for 2 other guns that use different ammo.
