Estoc dark souls.
The Estoc's description says "and its strong attack can even inflict damage upon foes hiding behind shields." It is not presented in the usual way: "Effect: Strong attack pierces shields". I'm uncertain if this is even true or if it only applies to it's 1h strong attack or 2h strong attack.

Estoc doesn't scale that great, so Lightning is always nice. Chaos (at max) will probably outclass that, but fire damage seems less useful in PVP to me. If you are going STRAIGHT Strength/Dex hybrid then Regular ol' +15 will eventually be comparable, but not for a LONG time. The most damage you will get out of that thing in a single blow is +15 ...
