The Best Party. If I was going to recommend a single best party in the game, utilizing all of the Persona 5 Royal best characters, I'd say for the majority of the game it's Hero, Ryuji, Ann, Morgana. In the bonus semester it's Hero, Ryuji (with President's Insight), Akechi, Yusuke/Ann (with Salvation).
