The actual headline figure for the win is highly conservative and is likely to end up many times bigger as the car manufacturer rolls out the technology across an ever-increasing number of models.

Judging the quality of management is one of the hardest parts of investing, at least for me. Even the best management makes mistakes occasionally or can be caught out by events beyond its control. Regarding Seeing Machines, I’d like to see more open and transparent communication with its private investor base.

Of course, this is all going to end in tears as soon as the penny drops. The question for the Fed is: how can it avoid that penny dropping and keep the Ponzi scheme running, despite the lack of a real recovery in the US economy.
