Yea I never understand the mystery that is RGE's billing cycle. I submit my own meter reading the same time every month. Sometimes they bill me. Sometimes they skip a month and bill me for both months. It all comes out the same in the end, but I'd really rather prefer a consistent bill than getting slapped with an unexpected payment.
