Easy to understand simple and more action. The excellent balance of action and philosophy/deep stuff just the right amount that the reader can understand . From book 3 onwards it all gets way full of philosophy and things thst just blow your brain trying to understand them. Book 5 and 6 while decent are just wierd. Book 1 to 3 is peak dune imo.
