Lightning Round happens more frequently in Legend Dares. Deafening Whisper leaves the loot pool for 3 weeks starting this coming Tuesday reset, so good luck. You’ll have to wait till Xur has it again, or wait for it to be in Dares rotation and hope you can get a good roll that way. Pretty sure Xur sold it a couple weeks ago.

Anything Legend now is a mess and I'm not looking forward to anything master or grand master this season. The level of difficulty is just not fun at all.
