Ahhhh! I have absolutely no idea what I did, but the Lady Slipper Orchids started appearing again. Ones that I'd already collected before the mission started (the most northern two, in my case -- the one outside the cave and the one inside Dead Dog's Ranch) reappeared magically. I imagine the others probably have as well, but I'm not 100% sure. There’s a Lady Slipper Orchid just in front of the cave. There’s two below the trapper near strawberry. One below him kind of by the fallen trees and grassy mound. The other is on the other side of the trail up the hill…kind of above where that group of O’Driscolls spawn.

The Lady Slipper Orchids are by far the most difficult to find. Your screenshot seems to confirm you are at that stage in the quests, so that is a start (If you aren't up to that part in the quest, they wont all appear). The ones close to the trapper are the hardest to spot. They are also not exactly in the locations that the powerpyx guide says.
