But we don't have the option to transfer osu lazer files yet. It would be really useful, if we would beable to wither direct osu lazer to a directory, which will be the new directory in which songs and skins will be saved, or to give us the option to direct lazer to an old lazer folder and import all which is in it into the new lazer folder.

I have followed the instructions perfectly to find my osu song directory, and I have tried pasting it into the area which will find my osu songs. above is a screenshot showing my song directory. My directory reads as C:\Users\vansh\AppData\Local\osu!\Songs, but everytime I paste it in, it always ends with a /.

9 years ago. Beatmaps always download in .osz format, and this is the format that sends it to the Songs folder automatically when opening the file. Set the file association if it's messed up. Simply right-click any .osz file -> propreties -> open with -> change -> browse to your osu!.exe -> click OK a few times -> done. Firingsniper.
