So my original comment needs to be approved for some reason. But short story if you set your offset to 2.7142 with override at 10 you will get level 300 dinos. And if you Google search ark difficulty, the result from gamepedia will list all the settings for different levels. And all of them will work for Ragnarok even though it shows a max of 150.

TBH .1 difficulty with dino max of 30 is much better than dino max level of 150. When ark was released it was max level 30 and it was way more balanced. The thing about the 150 max level is it introduced rampant power creep. On top of that it makes tame times unbearable sometimes.
