Rpcs3 game not showing up.

I can’t seem to get my ps3 roms to show up on steam rom manager. Make sure the folders have .ps3 at the end. That didn’t work. it should. Make sure you have the extracted folders, not an iso or such and rename the BLUSxxxx folder to BLUSxxxx.ps3. I’m having this same issues, nothing works. When I opened RPCS3 for the first time I clicked off of the bar which allows you to find and install the Ps3 firmware. Now I can't get it back.
