The other one is the ally void reaver, which can only be obtained with a DLC item that spawns ally versions of void enemies. Maybe it's an oversight and, since the void reaver is the only void enemy that they added outside of the dlc, they also included the ally version in the non-DLC logbook.

I believe I’ve read that they don’t drop in drizzle mode, so make sure you’re on at least rainstorm. That said the more you have, the less likely you are to get one, simply because there are fewer monster types left that will drop one. 2.
