The weakaura is for a buff which empowers another spell. I've used the other spell for the icon on the weakaura but inside the options of WA, I want to use the icon for the buff effect. Options include, but not limited to: WeakAuras, TellMeWhen, SPTimers, or a well placed/tweaked Bartender action bar. ToolTip: Get TipTac to move your tooltip, set fonts/bars, but hide auras.
