But for some reason, they decided to create a new game and take out mapping, modding, and private servers. Almost all modern games let people run their own servers (Minecraft, TF2*, Counter-Strike). IMO, it would have been a good idea to let people host their own servers. Its one of the main reasons why I decided to buy Minecraft.

You can't have 2 jagex accounts logged in at once. If you did connect your accounts to jagex accounts, it is not possible to remove them. If you didn't you would be able to play one account from the jagex acc/launcher and one normally with old login. You can't add the same account to multiple jagex accounts. I had a similar issue with the Blizzard launcher and basically had to wipe it from programfiles, tempdata, appdata etc. I have never had any issues with the jagex launcher but if restarting does nothing try support. There is no way Jagex takes that move for the sake of the players' 'freedom of speech', it's just not how a company can work. If you actually want the filter changed, making the argument that it filters common words from other languages will get you way further than any call to sympathy in no longer being able to swear in game.
