To me the key is the interior lights that no longer work, which I would think is a fuse under the dash as opposed to in the engine compartment. It's identified on page 12-7 of the Owners Manual as Power window relay. Remove that fuse and then turn the key to ON and see if the clicking has stopped. If it stops, then there's something wrong in the window system.
