The lawsuit was settled in 2021 for $85 million. As part of the settlement, Valve agreed to: Provide more transparent information about its refund policy. Make it easier for consumers to obtain refunds for games they have purchased. Allow game developers to sell their games through other platforms in addition to Steam.
