Ground on the module via Pin M. 3. 5v input from the MAP 5v reference on the PCM. 4. Level sensor input from the level sensor in the tank. 5.A plug and play harness will completely wreck a $1500 budget and will leave less than $2000 on the $3k swap. If I were doing either of those I'd be modifying a factory harness.
