A majority of my classmates were the same in that they didn't do so great on Rosh exams but did well on the EOR. So I'd say getting 60s-70s on Rosh puts you in a pretty good place. 5.

I used rosh, the rosh boost exams, and I bought the 200 question “power pack” things from rosh for FM and EM. twist of lemons was also helpful. Didn’t touch PPP, uworld, or any other resources. I thought the Peds EOR was by far one of the easiest. I spent so much time studying for it and regretted it because I should’ve been studying for women’s health. Take the time to study for it but do not feel like it’s going to be some killer test, it really wasn’t. Know the exanthems from just word description, that’ll help a lotttttt.
If you actually get a 450ish, that’s like 40 points above national average. I got like 70% on my women’s health boost exam and then got a 416 on the EOR.
