EA has not released a patch to fix this glitch as of this date. Because of this glitch, Face of the Franchise is unplayable. This is absolutely unacceptable. 2 people had this problem. I have Madden 24 for Ps4. I started Face of the Franchise as a running back. During my season it is changing my character from running back 85 grade.chrmckinney. ★★ Novice. It also forces retirement after year 3. When you hit free agency and try to resign, it offers you a contract with the NFL. Then when you sign. You aren't on any team and your forces to retire. The trade happens everytime after year one. You sign with a team and are traded right before the draft.The main attraction in Madden NFL 23 is the Face of the Franchise single-player game mode where you can create a player and try to get to the Hall of Fame. Unlike the previous years where you start as a college prospect that gets drafted to an NFL team, this year your player has already been in the league for five years.

It's for when your team is on a short week. Your player is slows for one game. You'll be fine the week after. Just experienced this too, seems like with added boosts it went over “100” and started counting up from zero making me slower than shit. I fixed mines by resetting my settings in face of the franchise.

Once that was complete and I backed out to the menu within the "Face of the Franchise", it showed my players overall rank at 73 versus the 90 it was prior to me conducting the side activities. I have no skill points nor do I have the abilities I unlocked. My abilities were in the 99 club. Ive actually found a workaround for this issue, you need to use "manage saves" instead of using the "continue" option. Then you can go to your position of choice and load it manually and that stupid position change issue shouldnt occur.
