The two gems I suggest you try and get are. Crit Damage, Crit Hit, with Magic Damage. Max Health%, Crit Damage, Crit Hit. Having Max Health instead of Max Health % is still good, just not as good, generally. Health regen is pretty bad, so that gem is probably garbage, but that stat should be getting a buff in the future.
