The G30 I did not really like, way to thick to carry and if it's too thick to carry, then I would rather have a gun with a longer gun grip.Only not at all . . . I decided to change it up and start carrying my 30SF. Wow, the difference is like night and day. The 30 feels like a brick compared to the 19, even though both guns are almost the same size. I guess thickness difference and weight does matter! Both conceal just as well, but the 19 is a lot more comfortable. My 30 isn't going anywhere though.

This is the little nubby spring loaded tabs used when stripping. Installed on the 27 no problem, but when I replaced on the 30sf the slide would not retain on the lower. It would not seat properly.

From my understanding, the 30 gen 4 has the same grip dimensions as the 30SF if you don't use a backstrap attachment. Also, the 30SF has the dual recoil spring assembly which is also included in the Gen 4 models.
