Here are some points I've verified. - There's no power reaching the controller. Wire #1 in the vehicle-side controller harness tests at 0 V. - Wire #1 in the vehicle-side controller harness is intact and has electrical connectivity from the harness to pin C, port B of the isolation module. - Power is reaching the isolation module as expected.Put a jack under it and once it's up put the transport lock on it. I did this using a jack that took it up 8 inches, high enough to put two 4 X 4 blocks under the plow edge. The jack was placed at the top of the "A" part of the frame and as it went up the center cylinder did not extend out at all.Make sure all your connections at the grill are clean and covered in dielectric grease. Some fisher plows won't allow power to the controller if the plow isn't plugged in. some of the older controllers had internal fuses. If yours does and has burned out, that would exhibit issues similar to what your having.If you jumped the jumper cable directly to the plow pump motor from the battery,and just got sparks,the motor is dead.You can try tapping it with a hammer to get it going,but its going to have to be gone thru and cleaned up at the minimum.The only other thing could be a bad ground wire to the battery(but you had sparks at the + terminal),so ...

If not use a test light and make sure. The most likely problem is the grounds from the plow lights themselves to the frame. Take the lights apart and check and/or replace the grounds, wires inside the case take a lot of vibration and that can cause them to fail.Don't forget to check the bulbs to be sure they're good too.
