May 24, 2014 · All Hexes Achievement bugged? So I figured i'd conclude my daily session of Dark Souls 2 by snatching up my last few missing achievements. It came down to the final achievement, which required collecting every Hex in the game. However upon comparing the list of Hexes on the wiki to the Hexes I already own, I concluded that I already have every Hex. The remaining 19 Hexes can be found or bought/traded from NPCs.
