Past reviews have me worried. Booking went smoothly and received ticket confirmations within 24h. However I failed to check prior reviews of Budgetair before booking. Budgetair failed to inform us that her flight wasn’t booked which meant we had to fly separately to Africa, which was 3 flights, and pay a massive premium at the airport.
