Yes the wiiu emulator is much more mature and has more graphical options. With a good pc you could play BotW in 4k. Wii U easier to run. My quick take: yes CEMU is more mature but it also happens to just run better on the deck compared to YUZU. Maybe YUZU developments will close the gap but who knows. Note this just makes the game look nice when you play yuzu on PC. Steam Deck Steps: Ensure you are login in to the same account as your Steam Account on your PC. Go to Non-Steam Games in Your Library and Find your Yuzu's Game Name. Ensure the Game Controller is on GamePad with Joystick Trackpad Support. This means BoTW on yuzu will, best-case, look as good as the Wii U version, never better. The above also applies to Switch ports of other Wii U games like MK8; they run far better on Cemu.
