With my first I was 4 cm for almost five weeks. With my second I started dilating at 30 weeks and he was born at 39.6!Baby Oliver Feb. 16 bday. At 10am we decided to go to hospital and was 6 almost 7 cm dialated.I was 1 cm when induced and it took about 25 hours before becoming fully dilated. I was induced around 11 pm, started having contractions at 5 am, wasn’t fully dilated and ready to push until about midnight, LO was born a little after 1 am. It was a long process but thank god for epidurals.

I know that you can be dilated 1.5 cm and go into labour the next day just the same that you can be dilated 1.5cm and still go another 4 weeks lol everyone is different but just wondering what your experience was :) Haven't had any contractions either! I am 3 cm and 80% effaced. For anyone who is worried about it being painful, don't be. I was prepared for it to be painful but it really wasn't bad.
