Ollantaytambo has much nicer views of the mountain. It's a narrow part of the valley. Urubamba is in a wider spot so you don't have the mountains rising right on the edge of the town quite to the same extent. And Ollantaytambo has the ruins right in town which enhance the view. Urubamba doesn't have that.
