You can just do more stuff in it. PD2's got a lot more content, but i prefer PD:TH's shootouts. Only about 20-30 cops that can kill you fast, but so can you. If pdth the heist got the same update rates as pd2 everyone would see pd2 as inferior game because pdth has much better mechanics than pd2.
