The Draco and the m10 are both AK pistols that were made in the Romanian Cugir Arms Factory. The Draco was just imported by Century and the M10 was imported by M+M. I have one (in that exact configuration but I added a brace and red dot) and personally I’d argue that it’s better than a Draco because the M10 isn’t imported by Century.

Draco is AKM spec, is lighter, and has a slightly longer barrel. You'll have more options for aftermarket parts, and could set it up to have an AK-104 silhouette if you want that look. M92 is Yugo spec, is heavier, but has a better fit and finish. Limited afternarket support, but it's gotten better over the past couple of years.

Nothing wrong with the Draco, just have to get a brace on it. I don’t think the mini Draco would be super ideal. As for flash, a 4 piece eliminates flash to near nothing, doesn’t do much of anything for recoil which the 7.62x39 versions have quite a bit of out of the shorter versions.
