So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved. Thats not problem solved that is a work around. The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won’t let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next.

I switched to another team and immediately back. In that time, 5 trades of top players (including a 91 Elu/87 Pow/79 Rec 3rd yr RB w/ 2 years left on contract) was completed by the computer. 2 90+ OL.
