Out, drove around for about an hour, went home and parked again. Approx 90 mins later, went back out and tried to start truck. Went through 20-25 full crank cycles and it wouldn't start.

LMM no start/no crank. Truck is a 2008 LMM, EFI live/5 switch, full exhaust, and an intake. Approx. 95,000 miles. No prior issues. Drove it to work a week ago and parked it. Came back after 8 hour shift and turned the key. Lights on dash illuminated but truck did not turn over or make any noise.

When your CP3 is unplugged at the FPR and the engine cranked, the CP3 output should go to full pressure output. It doesn't look like that's happening. The cam sensor is only used as a reference for the ECM so it knows which cylinder is at TDC. I would take a look at the crank sensor as well.
