It is currently out of warranty. Nov 14, 2020 · So new thermostat, new air temp sensor, new ECT sensor, new Mopar OAT coolant, and... fan still running like crazy during normal driving, and the dash temp gauge keeps climbing to near the 3/4 position. In fact, I had to have the heater air on to keep the needle at a reasonably mid-range position, and it is blowing super-hot air.

Normally when the fan comes on after a few seconds/minutes of starting. There is either air in the coolant lines, or a stuck thermostat. There is a bleeder valve on the top of the thermostat. You may have to remove the air intake to get at it, then use a screw driver to turn the bleeder valve to release the air until the cooler starts spitting out.
