Thanks for the information. The 2 wire sensor is the intake air temp sensor. The 3 wire sensor is the Boost pressure sensor. Thr boost has nothing to do with the intake heater. We have had numerous inake heater relays fail on 3116/3126 engines. The C7 engines use a heavier relay. The earlier relays are to small to carry the 90+ amp load. On the 3116/3126 engines we have been using the Blue Bird relay that is used for the body heater/light functions. It does require replacing the terminal ends with something much heavier.
