Even though the N-400 letter does not ask you to bring your spouse, if you have a pending I-751 you should assume it will probably be a combo interview and you should bring your spouse with you. If you have a pending I-751, they can not and will not approve your N-400 until your I-751 is approved first. Mostly USCIS will combine both interviews to be at the same date which happened to many applicants. However, due to long processing time of I-751, your N-400 may delay as well.
