Much like the ATF just lost their cases on Braces and 80% lowers, Super Safetys do not function as machineguns they simply massively reduce the time it takes for a trigger to reset, but it does need to reset (it's not a single function), abd chances are the ATF would lose any court case they brought up about these too.
