Ok, so here's the deal...I'm at the end of reclaiming Kiava Gamma from the heretics on a mostly iconoclast run. During the final battle I turned one of the Forgefiends against it's masters and it survived at the end. I was given the option to bring it abord the ship and I thought 'HELL YEAH!' and clicked it without second thought.

Found this discussion just now, and I'm having the same issue, Kiava Gamma is just consistent crashes over and over again, having to constantly save but I'm now hardstuck as the 2nd fight with like 4 squads is takes so long that the game crashes before I can beat the fight and save. #4.

Secrets of the cult help. I'm on Kiava Gamma, I've killed everything but Heinrix still wants to look around the manufactorum and I fail the quest if I try going back to my ship. I've tried verifying files, un/reinstalling, messing with a bunch of graphical settings, and I still crash. Either way, talk to the Lexmechanic and choose either the Dogmatic or Iconoclast options. The one for Hendrix's mission is in a mini-zone through a door on the far side of the rotating bridge. Its different than the one at the end of Kiava. Whe you defeated the final boss and got the code I assume you went to the place with the heretic machine. There's a reason Inquisitor's prime schtick is showing up, flashing the rosette, and demanding the nearest PDF regiment fall in line.
