The Keurig K-Supreme process of descaling is different from older Keurig models. Wherein the older models, you just put some Viniger or Descaling solution, run some brew processes, rinse the machine, and the Descale lights go off. You must set the Keurig K-Supreme into “descale mode” and go through the complete process.
