Reason 1 – Problem with the Hydraulic System. The 3-point hitch system is controlled by the tractor’s hydraulic system, therefore if the lift arms won’t drop, that’s the first place to check for problems. Given that the hydraulic system is one of the biggest components of a tractor, check the hydraulic flow speed control valve for damage.

Aug 8, 2009 · That tractor has the front end and clutch housing from a M tractor and differential housing, rear axles, and 3 point from a B450. It is a made up tractor just as the 50 series power shift tractor is.
