well my friend i didn't find the solution but i just compromised, i just put the Pi ( in my case the BTT PI4B) just a little more inside the printer and put extension cables to (the usb and Ethernet) reach the housing of the printer and from the mother board a low profile T type micro usb entering the printer.Skr mini e3 v3 won't flash klipper. Trying to flash klipper on my ender 3 pro with skr e3 v3 board and cannot get it to work. Screen will go blank and when I look at the SD card it still shows a firmware.bin file. I can use the same SD card to flash marlin back on the board and everything works as it should.
