Doesn't hurt to use a bow to pull the thralls out of the camps 1 or 2 at a time. And kill the ones you dont need or knock out ones you do once you can face them 1 v 1. If you currently have zero thralls that can follow you and help knock stuff down, focus on that first. It will make it way easier to knock down the levels 4s if you have help.
